Where do I park?
UTA has designated the Park South Parking Garage as our official parking site, less than two blocks to the E. H. Hereford University Center. Please read the following instructions:
Hello and welcome to the University of Texas at Arlington! We want to ensure you have an exceptional parking experience while on campus. Please enter your vehicle information in the link below to obtain a parking e-permit for your vehicle to park on campus during your event. This will give your vehicle access to park in the designated lot noted on the link's event page. Any vehicle parked on campus without an e-permit will receive a citation.
For visitors using a rental car: You can register your vehicle after parking on campus. Once parked, reference your rented vehicle’s license plate number and then enter it into the link below.
You may park in any space not marked as reserved, service vehicle, blocked by cones, or an ADA space without the proper permit. This permit is valid only for the date and times of your event. If you have any comments or concerns, please contact us at email@example.com or (817) 272 – 3907.

Who will be attending?
Administrators from various hospitals and rehabilitation facilities, non-profits, court and government officials, special education directors from independent school districts and Education Service Centers, as well as interpreters and translators.
Will I get CEUs?
Yes, certificates for 7 hours of CEUs will be included in your registration packet upon arrival.
Will the main and breakout sessions be videotaped?
Yes, and you may purchase them after the event by sending your request(s) for individual sessions to Dee Long firstname.lastname@example.org. CDs will be $5.00 per session.
When do I have time for visiting the exhibit area?
The exhibit area will be open from 8:00 to 5:00. Designated times to visit the exhibits is between sessions and during the lunch hour.
Can I cancel my registration and get a refund?
Cancellations will be accepted and refunds made until October 1, 2018. After October 1, no refunds will be given.
