A language access plan is a roadmap for agencies and organizations receiving federal or state funds who are serving Limited English Proficient (LEP) persons. Language access plans are tailored to an individual organization or agency, and will include needs assessment, language services offered, notices, training for staff on procedures and protocols, and evaluation.
